Gather for Claude
Run voice-of-customer research and turn real customer insight into content, without leaving Claude.
The Gather connector brings Emma, Gather's AI research teammate, into Claude. Ask in plain language and Emma works against your own Gather customer data: scoping and launching studies, pulling findings and quotes, chatting with buyer personas, and drafting content.
What you can do
- Run research. Scope and launch voice-of-customer studies. Emma proposes a research plan and interview guide for your approval before anything is fielded.
- Pull insight. Get findings, quotes, and summaries from completed studies on demand.
- Talk to personas. Chat with buyer personas grounded in real interview responses.
- Create content. Turn results into reports, decks, blog posts, social copy, and ad creatives.
The tool
ask_emma
A single conversational tool. Send a natural-language message (for example, "what did our last pricing study find?" or "scope a positioning study for security buyers") and Emma handles the rest, keeping context across the conversation so follow-ups and approvals work naturally.
Connecting & authentication
The connector authenticates with OAuth 2.0 (authorization code with PKCE). When you connect, you enter your work email and a 6-digit code sent to that address. Access is scoped to the brand your email is associated with in Gather; you only ever see your own organization's data.

Data & privacy
